| How do I get started |

| Setting up your account |
- After you receive confirmation of your username and password
- Log in to your Britezone Internet Phone Call account
- Under the How to call section select Local Access Number
- Then select configure
- In the section Phonenumbers that have access to this account click Add Number to add your mobile phone(s) and any other land line number(s) you want to use to make
low cost international calls.
- Enter the mobile or landline phone number you wish to call from and click ok. Example +442082991234 (Click Add Number again if you want to add other numbers)
- In the section The code that grants access to this account click Create code. Then your 10 digit code will appear underneath. Example: 7712344499 (You will only need to enter this code for verification once for each of the numbers you added. Also if you call with a different phone number to the one(s) you added above you will need to enter the code each time for verification).
- In the section Select your country click on the drop down menu and choose the country you are calling from. Then the number you will dial to make a call will appear under Access number(s) (for
example select United Kingdom if you are calling from the UK and the number to dial will be
+442034146820). If you are calling from abroad choose the country you are in
from the drop down list to obtain the local access number for that country.

How to make a call using your land line or mobile phone

Using phone number(s) you added to your Britezone Internet Phone account
- Dial the Local access number for example 02034146820 if you are calling from the UK.
- You will hear a message asking you to “Dial the number you wish to call followed by #”
- Dial the number you wish to call including the #. Example 002341234567#
Using phone(s) number you have NOT added to your Britezone Internet Phone account
- Dial the Local access number for example 02034146820 if you are calling from the UK
- You will hear a message asking you to “Please enter your access code”
- Enter your access code. Example 7712344499
- You will hear a message asking you to “Dial the number you wish to call followed by #”
- Dial the number you wish to call including the #. Example 002341234567#

How to make a call from your computer
- Log in to your Britezone Internet Phone Call account (after you have received email confirmation of your username and password)
- Under the How to call section select Soft Client.
- Then select download
- Britezone softphone client will install automatically on your computer
- Log in to Britezone softphone client using your username and password
- Start making calls with your computer microphone and speakers. (Calling from your computer especially when you are abroad saves the cost of calling the local access number)
- Buy call credit if required
