Technology Entrepreneur and innovator, Fredi is responsible for product innovation and marketing in addition to his role as CEO. Prior to establishing Briteyellow, he held senior international business development and management roles for global technology service providers and systems integrators including Critical Path Inc., Cable and Wireless Plc, and Bodycote Plc. An alumnus of Cranfield Unversity (Business School and Engineering), Fredi is Executive Chair of Milton Keynes Biztech Technology Forum Ltd, Chaired Milton Keynes Science and Innovation steering group, and has delivered information and communications technology solutions for government agencies, global telecommunications service providers, and large corporations across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Former Group Chief Executive and main board director of the University for Industry (Ufi Ltd). Ann was responsible for the successful implementation of the UK government’s flagship e-learning initiative ‘learndirect’, and holds a number of public and private sector non-executive directorships. Finalist in the Cambridgeshire Businesswoman of the Year in 2000 Ann is Vice President of the international strategic management consultancy gov3 www.gov3.net , Chair of South East Midlands Local Enterprise Partnership www.southeastmidlands.org.uk, former Chair of Milton Keynes Partnership, and sits on the National Council of the Institute of Directors. Ann writes and publishes widely on strategic leadership and features amongst the top UK executives in the innovative 50 LES50NS portfolio.
