Future of Wireless Mobile Communication cont
What about the communication that we don't want - the inevitable WiMob Spam? Visionary commentators have scare-mongered about the likelihood of mobile devices becoming drowned in marketing messages, as befell conventional email. Those people who think that the wireless revolution is simply about new marketing opportunities need to reassess the hardware’s parameters.
| just because you have established a channel of communication to someone doesn't mean that you can use it, particularly if you don't have their express permission. It's a bit like trying to phone the Managing Director of a company. You won’t get past the Secretary without first being vetted and granted permission to be put through. |
The future of mobile communication is in being able to deliver messages to those that request them, but only on a permission-based platform. The world is awash with Spam and no new communication channel will flourish if it doesn’t incorporate measures to prevent it being abused
So what is the future? The future is increasing convergence of WiMob international standards for better, faster and cheaper communication. The public will increasingly integrate WiMob into their lives and utilize new products which deliver sound, video and data at anytime from anyplace. Information will become easier to access with the provision of more and more online mobile services for entertainment, communication and data management.
in short, we will communicate with one another in more ways from any location and with greater accessibility to a wider range of time management tools. As a result, we'll work better and smarter and the costs of the wireless revolution will continue to fall until WiMob technology is truly universal.
